Quickstart

The quickest way to set up an agent: tell it set up scannor - scannor.xyz/llms.txt. It reads the steps for its own app and runs them. The steps by hand are below.

No setup. Open @scannorxyzbot and say hi.

Type these two slash commands in Claude Code (they are Claude Code commands, not shell commands):

/plugin marketplace add scannorxyz/scannor-skills
/plugin install scannor@scannor

The plugin brings the scannor MCP server and the scannor skills. Then sign in: type /mcp, pick scannor, then pick Authenticate. A sign-in page on scannor.xyz opens in the browser.

Server only, without the skills:

claude mcp add --transport http scannor https://mcp.scannor.xyz/mcp

Add the remote MCP server https://mcp.scannor.xyz/mcp (streamable HTTP). It uses OAuth: the client opens the sign-in page when the first call has no token.

Call the balance tool. It is free and shows the balance left. Then ask a first question:

• What is starting to run on X right now?
• What is going viral on TikTok with no token yet?
• Is $SWORDCAT bundled?
• Who is this wallet, and what did it buy early?

If a call answers "Sign in to scannor first", repeat the sign-in step for your app.
